Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of LaunchAlways. By creating an account, starting a checkout, using an API, or using any LaunchAlways tool, you agree to these terms.

If you use LaunchAlways for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The service

LaunchAlways provides tools for Email Verification Codes, Website Icons, SEO Audit, Backlink Submission workflows, project management, usage tracking, and related developer operations.

The service is provided as a digital service. Features may change as we improve reliability, comply with platform rules, or respond to security and legal requirements.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for your account, API keys, users, projects, prompts, website profiles, generated assets, and activity under your credentials.

You must keep login credentials and API keys confidential, promptly revoke exposed keys, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Plans, billing, and Stripe

Paid plans, renewals, invoices, taxes, payment authentication, refunds, and chargebacks are processed through Stripe. Stripe may ask for additional payment, tax, fraud-prevention, or compliance information.

Prices, quotas, and plan features are shown at checkout or in the product. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until canceled. You are responsible for applicable taxes, including VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar transaction taxes.

5. Acceptable use and Stripe restricted activity

You may not use LaunchAlways for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, infringing, abusive, harmful, or security-compromising activity.

You may not use LaunchAlways to create or promote adult sexual or NSFW content, exploitative content, illegal goods or services, sanctions violations, gambling, regulated financial services without authorization, counterfeit goods, intellectual-property infringement, deceptive marketing, or any activity prohibited or restricted by Stripe, card networks, EU law, or other applicable law.

We may block, suspend, remove, or report activity that appears to violate these rules, Stripe requirements, payment-network rules, or law.

6. Customer content and outputs

You retain responsibility for website URLs, prompts, project data, Website Icons outputs, SEO Audit inputs, Backlink Submission profiles, and other content you submit or generate.

You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before use. We do not guarantee that Website Icons outputs, SEO recommendations, or Backlink Submission outputs are accurate, original, compliant, or suitable for a particular purpose.

7. Email verification and messaging

You may only send verification emails to recipients where you have a lawful basis and where the message is appropriate for account verification or security workflows.

You must not use Email Verification Codes for spam, marketing without consent, harassment, phishing, credential collection, or unlawful communications.

8. EU consumers and digital services

If you are an EU consumer, mandatory consumer rights continue to apply. For distance contracts, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal unless an exception applies.

For digital services or digital content, you may lose the withdrawal right once performance begins during the withdrawal period if you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the right may be lost under applicable law.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription through the account dashboard or by contacting support@launchalways.com. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges unless required by law or stated in the Refund Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, legal risk, Stripe compliance concerns, or violation of these terms.

10. Disclaimers

LaunchAlways is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted service, specific ranking results, successful link placements, email deliverability in every case, or that generated assets will be free from third-party claims.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunchAlways will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.

12. Contact and disputes

Before starting a formal dispute, please contact support@launchalways.com so we can try to resolve the issue. Payment disputes and chargebacks may be handled through Stripe and the relevant payment networks.

These terms are subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
