1. Who we are and how to contact us

LaunchAlways provides a developer workspace for Email Verification Codes, Website Icons, SEO Audit, and Backlink Submission workflows. For privacy requests, account questions, or formal notices, contact support@launchalways.com.

For GDPR purposes, LaunchAlways acts as the controller for account, billing, website, and usage data that we decide how to process. For customer-provided project data processed through our tools, we may act as a processor or service provider depending on the context.

2. Personal data we collect

Account data: email address, authentication identifiers, profile details returned by your sign-in provider, project names, subscription tier, and account preferences.

Product data: API keys, Email Verification Codes records, website URLs, SEO Audit results, Website Icons prompts and outputs, Backlink Submission profiles, usage events, quotas, logs, and support messages.

Payment data: Stripe Checkout and Stripe Billing process payment details. We do not store full card numbers. We may store Stripe customer IDs, subscription IDs, plan information, invoice status, payment status, refunds, and dispute references.

Technical data: IP address, browser metadata, device and session information, security logs, rate-limit data, and cookies or similar storage needed for authentication, fraud prevention, and service reliability.

3. How we use data

We use data to provide the service, authenticate users, send verification emails, generate Website Icons, run SEO Audit checks, manage Backlink Submission workflows, calculate usage and credits, process subscriptions through Stripe, prevent abuse, debug incidents, answer support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

We may use aggregated or de-identified usage information to improve reliability, pricing, documentation, and product design.

4. Legal bases for processing

Where GDPR or similar laws apply, our legal bases include contract performance, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required for optional communications or cookies.

You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that happened before withdrawal.

5. Stripe and payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe may independently collect and process payment, authentication, fraud prevention, tax, and compliance information under its own legal terms and privacy practices.

LaunchAlways receives limited payment metadata from Stripe, such as plan, status, invoices, payment success or failure, refunds, chargebacks, and subscription identifiers. Do not send full card details to LaunchAlways support.

6. Service providers and international transfers

We may use vendors for hosting, database storage, authentication, email delivery, file storage, analytics, payment processing, security, and support. We share only the data reasonably needed for those vendors to perform their services.

Your data may be processed outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections, data processing agreements, and transfer mechanisms recognized by applicable law.

7. Data retention

We keep account and billing records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with tax/accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud or abuse.

Project data, generated assets, SEO Audit records, Email Verification Codes records, and logs may be retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. You may request deletion, subject to legal, security, backup, and accounting requirements.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards such as authentication controls, hashed secrets where appropriate, scoped API keys, access limitations, logging, and secure payment processing through Stripe.

No internet service is completely secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, API keys, and project data.

9. Restricted and NSFW content

Do not use LaunchAlways to create, submit, host, process, or promote illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, exploitative, adult sexual, NSFW, or otherwise restricted content. This includes AI-generated adult sexual content, unlawful violence, sanctions violations, illegal goods or services, and content that would violate Stripe restricted or prohibited business rules.

We may suspend or remove access where content or activity appears unlawful, unsafe, abusive, or incompatible with payment-network, Stripe, EU, or other applicable requirements.

10. Changes

We may update this policy when the service, laws, or vendors change. Material updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
